About

OMaGe Lab is an avant-garde platform of wearable art created by designer Tanya. The project is dedicated to exploring human nature, finding inner balance, and transforming mental states into material forms.

It is a space where conceptual artifacts are born, serving as protective camouflage for the mind and an architectural accent for the body.

Meditation in Textiles: Tanya’s Journey

Tanya, founder of OMaGe Lab, wearing Myrmecophobia Shirt with handmade black ant bead embroidery, avant-garde streetwear design.

OMaGe Lab began for Tanya as a deep personal immersion into handcraft. Working with textiles and embroidery became her way to slow down, bring focus back to the present, and bring structure to the flow of thoughts. Creating each piece by hand is her personal practice of mindfulness, where every movement of the needle helps capture balance and regain control over reality. It is pure therapy through creation.

Symbolism & Aesthetics

The core DNA element of OMaGe Lab is the ant. Every single insect embroidered by Tanya symbolizes a captured, anchored, and tamed thought. By bringing internal states to the surface of the fabric, she makes them visible and tangible. Wearing pieces from the brand means boldly claiming your uniqueness, turning your distinct perception of the world into your ultimate trophy and aesthetic armor.

Tactile Architecture

Each artifact is designed as a tool for grounding and tactile engagement. The complex, voluminous texture of the materials—beads, cords, and loose threads—serves as a physical anchor. By touching the embroidered elements, one can easily shift focus back to the present moment, clearly feeling the secure boundaries of one’s own body.

Accepting yourself in every manifestation is true strength. This protest is silent, yet it declares: any internal state can be turned into art.
